How to get here and to move around
Northern Germany is closer than you think! It is easily accessible for travellers by all means of transport. Travellers from Poland also have good connections: there are regular train services and for those travelling by car, Northern Germany is quickly and easily reachable via well-developed motorways. From both countries, there are also long-distance bus services heading to northern German cities.
Once you’re here, Northern Germany offers a variety of scenic routes that take travellers through impressive landscapes, historic towns and along the coast. Whether by car, bike or train – there are numerous ways to explore our diverse region.
